I am not being a twat here, so have you looked at ivermectin? I am not doing the research for you, but way before the WuFlu made it trendy, I had read a fair amount written by people that claimed ivermectin helped with, if not eradicated, certain forms of cancer. That is probably the main reason a fair amount of people non-agricultural people had heard of Ivermectin prior to current events.
