Which K2 do you use?

Usually MK7 in supplement form, but I primarily rely on whole food sources. Liver, raw milk cheese, egg yolks, etc.
I take Green Pastures FCLO with butter oil to get my k2. It's a fat soluble vitamin so you need fat with it. I get it in the cinnamon flavor.
Sounds fancy. Does that have alot of omega-3?

What is k2?
A vitamin with many uses....bone health, inflammation, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, kidney health, cancer, neurological health, protection against oxidative stress, increases testosterone, modulates estrogen.
A doctor will tell you it's only use is for blood coagulation.
Don't take vit d3 without k2
UK health now recommends 5k d3 with 500 k2
What about d3 in the otc calcium?
I don't trust vitamin D supplements, it always makes me feel shitty.
I've wondered about cholecalciferol (D3) since it's used as rat poison.
