Which K2 do you use?

Usually MK7 in supplement form, but I primarily rely on whole food sources. Liver, raw milk cheese, egg yolks, etc.
I take Green Pastures FCLO with butter oil to get my k2. It's a fat soluble vitamin so you need fat with it. I get it in the cinnamon flavor.
Sounds fancy. Does that have alot of omega-3?

The fclo is a kind of cod liver oil and this blend has butter oil in it. Butter oil is high in k2 while the CLO has vit D and A.
Omega 6 is the one you want.
