Eh, I see this as a parallel to the whole race issue in the US. People want to say the system is racist because 52/13 or whatever the numbers are. It's racist because it affects blacks more.
Well, yeah, it does, but it's that blacks commit more crimes that's really the issue. That they are black is at best, incidental, and at worst, causative. But, they're criminals, so they go to jail, regardless their race.
The parallel I see is that Hitler was trying to wipe out the Communists(the criminals.) It happens, incidentally or otherwise, that a ridiculous many of Communists, were jews and slavs(the blacks.) Most who died, died from natural causes, though no doubt caused by the conditions in which they were kept. For the innocent who may have been swept up with the guilty, this is truly tragic, but it wasn't mass killings and gas chambers. It was disease, and near the end, starvation.
Wiping out Communism, to me at least, isn't evil. Quite the opposite. Communism is a corrosive, corrupting evil that MUST be stopped. It destroys everything it touches.
So at worst, I'd say Hitler tired of differentiating between the good ones and the bad ones and decided they all had to go for the good of his people and country. Leave one bit of rot, and the whole thing will spoil.
I've evolved to the same point, personally. I recognize that there are both good and bad blacks, as in any race. I don't wish death upon them. I just want them the fuck out, and the fastest way there is to just round them all up and get them out.
I got in trouble in High School back in the late 70s for saying I probably would have joined the Nat.Soc Party had I been a German in the 20s -30s. I didn't agree with everything thing they wanted , but it was the best option at the time.

This is why I don't like these types of discussions. Because people generally are very biased and refuse to have impartial detachment. They "know" and don't want to hear anything which contradicts what they "know."
There was plenty of killing and inhuman treatment and events on both sides. Your comment implies otherwise. While the real final solution was free transport to Madagascar, not genocide, it is very dishonest to pretend horrors didn't exist. Even the allies had plenty of horrors swept under the rug.
Unless someone is claiming Jews are the smartest humans on the planet, Dr. Mangala did some inhuman, fucked up experiments. Yes, I've seen the lies that those are lies. Don't start lying, claiming I don't know.
The fact is, his experiments did move medical science forward - by decades. Which means either "Jews faked the reports by providing accurate frauds decades ahead of anyone else, making them the smartest people on the planet", or Mangala really did his experiments.
Trivial to reach a sane conclusion. Especially given the whole body of work. Making it all but impossible to fake.
The truth is, it's irrelevant if Hitler was a good guy, bad guy, bad guy gone rogue, or misunderstood puppet. The fact is, he proved instrumental in destroying the world created by Aryans and shaming our history and cultures. Nazi is the number one reason people believe swastikas are a nazi thing, even though they (swastikas) have thousands of years of associated history, recording right and divinity of caucasians (Scythian/Aryan).
The German medical experiments (using live patients) was also provably being practiced by the US and Britain and other nations doing similar experiments since the turn of the 20th century. It was attempted to be brought up as part of the Nuremburg defence however as all Nuremburg charges were declared ipso facto by the Court at the outset, it didn't make any difference. The Bolshevik communists, marxists, small hats and useful idiots destroyed the world created by the Aryans and they are still doing it now ....
Pretty much everyone did. Few resisted because the people had shared common pains and been victimized by a singular people; sharing decades and even including a civil war.
As a rule of thumb, I'd consider anyone who claims otherwise a liar unless they can explain how they are special or the exception.
