My man. Came here to say the exact same thing, lol.
I was training with some police when Kansas went 2A, and the police were complaining how they can't tell who is allowed to carry and who can't. I politely asked why they don't assume people are innocent until given a reason. I was snickered at, so I let it be. I'm respectful, but not a fan of LE.
It sounds cold and dismissive but the corruption of LE is multifaceted. Fortunately the simplest test is quotas. If you're a cop and you enforce, enable or otherwise permit the enforcement of quotas then you've broken your oath, are a traitor to the constitution and I frankly wish this was something punishable by death because if you're so brainwashed to not realize what a grotesque perversion it is of justice and the rule of law then you're so far beyond redemption that it's not even funny.
My other favorite is how we think it's normal for cops to lack even a little humanity. If anyone, cop, president, God or Jesus walks up to a stranger and says "Put your hands behind your back now." It is common knowledge that every human on this planet will resist, especially if you don't even give them any kind of explanation whatsoever. So then when the person naturally pulls back from your grip and/or pushes you back. It is a crime to use that as justification to claim resisting arrest and then literally stand on their head while you bed their arms back in a way that you know they don't bend.
I politely asked why they don't assume people are innocent until given a reason.
Honestly I think that around niggers, that philosophy could get you killed pretty quickly.
Well he did say “people”.
