No, that's brilliantly stupid. I like your thinking though. A better solution is to just have a rewards members discount and do it at the register. No need for a wheel or introduction of chance into it.

Of course, there's drawbacks to my idea - there's a database of who shops where and buys what, when and how often. It also opens the stores to price gouging lawsuits.

The best solution is to nuke Prop 47, 57 and Prisoner Realignment laws after hanging the Soros DAs.
