But seriously I dont think these people understand how things work. There will be no organized protection. Normal officers and soldiers will go home leaving only the psychos. And those parties will be ambushed from a distance by like 5 well armed people in one vehicle. And that's just day 4. If the law broke down, what would people do with niggers? Niggers would be fired because they are useless. No one would hire niggers because they are useless. If niggers looted they'd be shot. If niggers raped they'd be shot. If niggers were violent they'd be shot. etc I think niggers would be an extinct species in a short time.
