Even though it’s legitimately a massive inconvenience to myself and my employer, what would they actually try to pull if I just decided not to show up. I realize fines and jail time as well as a misdemeanor are on the table, but is that really even likely?

Just tell them you are a racist. If you have a case of any non-white person they are automatically guilty, regardless of circumstances.

If your not white, same goes, just the other way.

You can't be an impartial juror.

You will be free to go.
