Even though it’s legitimately a massive inconvenience to myself and my employer, what would they actually try to pull if I just decided not to show up. I realize fines and jail time as well as a misdemeanor are on the table, but is that really even likely?

The voice of reason would tell you to not capitulate to the charade that is the US justice system. You give it legitimacy by participating, it does not serve you, not even when you’re the jury. They’ll give you a fraction of what you get paid to work that day, turn around and tax you for it, then use that money to paint BLM murals.

jury duty is the one bit of power in the system that white people have left, if you weasel out of it your an honorary kike.

If you don't want to be there make it clear you support jury nullification (you'd aquit the defendant of an unjust law even if guilty).

There is usually an option to postpone, I've done it before.

All you need to do to get out of jury duty in any court is to mention the term "Jury Nullification" in front of the prosecution attorneys and you and every other potential juror within ear shot will be immediately excused from the court.

This will work literally every time without exception. NO attorney is going to run the risk of having a juror that can throw the entire case.

Was/is there an opportunity to ask to be excused before you have to report? If so, go that route. If not, when jury selection begins, answer every question in a manner you know will get you rejected. I’m hard pressed to believe that can’t be done. Final solution, get seated on the jury and either exercise your right for jury nullification, or refuse to NOT convict a poc, or refuse to convict a fellow patriot.

But I’m a dumbass so maybe don’t take any advice from me.

Exactly what I came to suggest. Getting out of jury duty is so easy. Throw 1 nigger or Jew truth and you're out of the seat in moments

I would be careful with that. Judges see that kind of stuff all the time. I've seen judges threaten fines or jail time to people that they think are being dishonest just to avoid jury duty. Never heard of anyone actually being punished, but I think a judge has a lot of leeway if they choose.

Personally, I wouldn't want to act like a total asshole in a public forum like that. In the unlikely case that I end up in court, I don't want to be on record as acting super racist in court.

NO! If there is a jury selection, which is highly unlikely, you can easily have either lawyer not want to put you on the jury by simply being a decent straight white man with rational beliefs.....

dont be a nigger go to jury duty and if they ask say you have nopolitical affiliation or motives. then when its time to vote -side with your race.

Look up the concept of jury nullification and then once you know about it tell them you known about it. The mere knowledge of what it is can get you excused.

They don't want people who know what it is to serve on juries because they lose all their power.

Just tell them you are a racist. If you have a case of any non-white person they are automatically guilty, regardless of circumstances.

If your not white, same goes, just the other way.

You can't be an impartial juror.

You will be free to go.
