My psoriasis went away by using iodine. I thought I was in for cortisone shots and life time meds... bought a higher concentration of iodine after reading about it. After a week, it crusted over and looked horrifying then peeled off to reveal beautiful healed skin underneath.
amazing

Well, yeah. When you're a hammer, every problem looks like a nail.
Thanks for sharing, I need to look into this.
they put iodine in tablesalt in the supermarket, so people think they are getting it because 'its in the salt' and 'americans eat way to much salt' there for it should be a none issue, but it is not added to restraut salt, fast food salt, factory salt for processed pre packaged food, or sea salt, or any of the seasoning plus salt mixtures, so we really don't get much iodine at all.
Honestly I had no idea, I appreciate it sir. Admittedly, I eat too much takeout. I'll look into table salt but may see what supplements are available. Not sure if you have any recommendations on that front?
Topically or orally?
How much iodine and what type?
Lugols 46% I put a drop on it on a few times a day for 3 or 4 days...
Didn't it burn? When I use Lugol's topically at 3% it burns if there is any kind of issue. Can't imagine what 46% feels like
