Sea salt is loaded with horrible contaminants of modern living, like pharmaceuticals, heavy metals, pesticides… Though normal salt does it is insignificant and you sho7ld ignore it. Modern so8ls are deficient in iodine unless they used fish or kelp meal fertilizer. You’re not getting enough, Lugols is the answer.
