I've seen it, both videos and in person kind of like what you're talking about. It's kind of sad because many of them really do want to be someone good who is looked up to for that. The way they are, it's like it often just happens without thinking (not all of them and I'm sure there is plenty that's deliberately malicious obviously)
I've had conversations where I was asked my take on things that were pretty basic, and I answered with simple advice to treat whoever it was in a way where everyone wins and nobody loses and I was praised like I was really clever. They took the advice and were happy about the results, but literally the next day it's like the concept didn't stick at all when a similar conversation came up. It was very confusing at the time and took me a while to understand they're just very different from us.
Bottom line though - their nature means they hurt us collectively when they're mixed in our societies. Intentional or not that's just how it is.
