Chaos? You are missing the point. This was the Soros plan from Nov. 2016 when Trump destroyed clinton. Who could defeat Trump? NO ONE. So Soros Bought the 2020 election in 5 to 7 states and installed biden/harris knowing they are both incompetent slugs and would be rejected by everyone. Then he could replace them with his puppets. It will be some form of a clinton/obama/rice, etc. installed but not elected.
The chaos might be to call a need for a military <fill in the blank> Democracy Sovereignty Emergency Action, and usher in something new and temporary that never leaves.

I do also believe all assets are being deployed to trigger civil war. Trying to piss people off enough. Unleash the next event to elicit outrage and want it all to kick off. Remember, the ones who come up with this are pretty well insulated from the consequence of their actions. Or so they think. The danger is that war of any sort invites unpredictable factors (obviously). But it would serve their purpose to then deploy the jackboots, i mean, the military and other resources. Perfect. Then what they really wanted to do to US can be unleashed without restraint.
Soros plays a part for sure, but he is a bit too obvious, they make him obvious to provide cover for the real puppet masters. The highest level strategist is Kissinger, I think he is running the show. Could be wrong, I just never seen anyone else with real game.
