That means that your cat has good hygine and doesn't have toxoplasma gondii, or your hygine in cleaning after your cat's litter box is good and it hasn't transmitted to you. Basically cats get it from rodents so if your cat has no access to them (it's not an outdoor cat and you don't have mice) that would improve the odds that your cat doesn't have it.
