LD50 (lethal dose for 50% of the population) is 1 gram per kilogram of bodyweight. So 1 pound would likely kill you, yes. However, far less then that could be potentially be lethal as well. You point about choking it down stands and I completely agree. Let's make this thought experiment of a lethal dose a bit easier to grasp, and how absurd it is to think anyone overdosed. As a 180lbs guy, I would need to ingest a little over 80 grams of horse paste for it to be potentially lethal. Right now I'm looking at an Amazon link for "Ivermax" horse dewormer. The whole tube is 6.08 grams, so I would need to consume a little more than *13 tubes in one sitting* for this to be potentially lethal, 50% of the time. Additionally, this is a 2 pack for $35. So now we're talking about spending about $250 on said horse paste. But oh shit here's where our little thought experiment goes completely off the rails. This tube is only 1.87% ivermectin by volume! So instead of a tube having 6.08 grams of ivermectin, it has about .00137 grams in it. I think you initial assertion about it needing to be a pound of horse paste is actually quite a low-ball estimate, considering a pound is something like 450 grams. What have we learned?? Personally, I began typing this thinking "LD50 is 1g per kg bodyweight? Yeah, I believe there are people out there retarded enough to do that to themselves.". However, I think we've now discovered that not only is it likely physically impossible to consume enough horse paste to overdose on ivermectin, it is also not even possible to believe anybody *could* OD on it without being an absolute drooling retard NPC, downloading all you thoughts and beliefs from the jew tube.
