Maybe you're right about stocking up to war, but i sure hope not, because on the scale of bad shit, that'll be a mega-heavy load.. on everybody! The regime there have got their autoritarian shit together to a extent, where exposed dissidents or anybody eyed for being not fully in on the plan, generally don't stand a chance..
