You can't diagnose it yourself and you don't want a cardiologist to diagnose it, but you want a bunch of dufusses on Poal to diagnose it?
Yes, corrrect

How do your symptoms change when you exert yourself? Are you dizzy or short of breath?
My stats are HR 55 at rest with oxygen at 94. At mild exertion, I go to hr of 165 with oxygen at 85. According to the one pulmonologist i went to, he said that wasn't a concern for him
Firstly, see a doctor.
Secondly, how old are you, how much do you weigh, do you smoke?
Thirdly, do you find it easier to breath if your head is up higher on the pillow (if the answer is yes, then it is concerning).
Keep aspiring in handy. Next time it happens, place it on your tongue and let it melt. (if your situation improves, then it is concerning).
Are you fit and do you excercise? Are you perhaps in the process of loosing weight or working out excessively (it should be no biggy).
Try some regular cardio to increase your heart beat but not too much (I personally recommned anything BUT running).
Buy an oxymeter and measure your oxygen levels.
31 years old, weigh 155 pounds, prior history of CHF from birth. Generally I breathe easier in the upright position, it gets really bad when I'm flat on my bed. I will get some aspirin today. I am extremely fit, and am considered a lean body type. I have immense trouble eating at this point, so I keep to light foods throughout the day. My oxymeter shows at rest oxygen of 94, and at mild exertion oxygen to be 85, with a hr going from 65 to 175
I am not a doctor but many of these sound concerning. Your oxygen levels sound ok, but that could be expected if you are fit or extremely good at swimming especially.
Speak to a professional even it is a friend of yours.
Don't be an idiot, go see an expert or 2. This isn't like some retard on the telly saying you should get an experimental medical procedure.
You have a medical problem. Seek medical help.
Keep searching your symptoms adding “healing naturally” or “alternative medicine” or “home remedy” if you want to get better search results. With Google you can limit your search by year range. For health healing things that are so hidden now, sometimes I’ll limit my range to, say, 1999-2010. If you are on FB, join a relevant alternative medicine group and ask there.
I’ve personally been digging into vitamins as a healing agent. This following site has some case studies and info regarding heart attacks and your other issues. Just search at the top and look at what comes up. I don’t agree with the near-vegetarian diet that seems to be recommended, but the vitamin use advice seems to be effective.
Also, have you considered getting to the root of your panic attacks? I’ve done some recent research into childhood (&other) trauma and how it can cause recurring health problems until you address the root of the trauma.
This book is the best, but a long read. I just skipped to the parts most relevant to me: The Body Keeps the Score: Brain, Mind, and Body in the Healing of Trauma https://www.amazon.com/dp/0143127748/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_6AFBS1X3EJSN021J7YHW
Also, the work by Alice Miller is good. She endured trauma herself and sometimes her books can be ramble-y and raw. ThriftBooks should have her stuff for cheap if you want to read any.
my mother gets those and ended up in hospital a couple of times, same thing no one could work out what it was
i worked it out after the SHTF in my family. anxiety. in her case it was when she was acting the asshole and the happy pills werent working, conscience would get to her, and honestly i was getting similar issues when shit started getting on top of me. Difference is, i wasnt trying to handball my fuckups on anyone else and dont drop pills to get over it, my punishment is working my ass through whatever it is.
not saying thats you and some people get other anxiety issues which might set it off. if youve got shit you need to talk about or youre not sure is ok in your life somewhere and you are thinking about asking someone about it, good bet you should ask someone about it.
Hey man, check and make sure you don’t have A-fib. My dad had an ablasion and it fixed his heart issues. Go find a based doctor in a based state outside of a major city if you want the actual truth.
whats fun is to start eating hotter and hotter hot sauces then a later think you are having a heart attack.
cases like yours is why us intelligent people don’t take the vax
I didn't take it either
