There are decentralized services out there at this point. when poal and talk are gone that's where i'll be. It is too bad that go1dfish's site didn't gain traction when atko went supergay.

yeah, he even had to disable downvotes or something. I have a solution to all the woes of these platforms, but don't really have time to do it myself and most people (including devs) wouldn't really understand what i was saying. I would have to think more about how to apply some of it if it was decentralized though.

Hardly anyone uses it from what I've seen, and I believe most of the active users are "refugees" from Ruqqus. When Ruqqus started censoring content before it died, users moved to both Votal.net and Discussions.app. Unfortunately, Votal.net literally disappeared overnight, so all we're left with is Discussions, which I personally think is a terrible website. Before that there was really just one guy on Discussions and he mostly just posted loads of depraved hentai.
