We have treatments we didn't use at the beginning (ex. ivermectin), natural immunities have developed in some, better hospital staffing, pp equipment, preparedness, etc.

No, they don't. It would introduce too many variables into the studies (which drugs were used, when, how much of which, how many combined). Of course, if you ignore the drugs that make Covid less extended and less severe, you tend to present the disease as much more dangerous than it really is. The left does this deliberately to enhance the supposed effectiveness of the vaccines.

I think that there is a lot of evidence that the effectiveness of the drugs are massively overstated.

Not surprising given how narrow an immune response it generates. It basically causes an allergic reaction.

Incidentally I have read articles praising western drugs effectiveness vs covid but at the same time dismissing Russian sputnik v claims of high efficacy.

Pot meet kettle

Not just the left. This is the "trump vaccine" and almost no politicians on either side are anti-shot. We have some against the totalitarian actions, but that's about it.

I don't believe any covid statistics

Also keep in mind the active measures to make the unvaxd worse by force ventilating or denying treatment outright

Only one jab got "approved" for adults only for Adults only, the rest is the test run on gullible sheeple.

To take that into account you have to pretend COHEN-19 is dangerous or even distinct from the common cold in the first place.

A good source for rational care:

This could be a good starting point in what you seek.

better hospital staffing

I'm not really sure that point is valid anymore.
