Ignoring the reality the man-made climate change is a completely unproveable theory, it will continue to be the catch all of "all that is bad" until it is finally disproven. It should be in the next 10 or so years. 99% of the world's problems are blamed on the fantasy of man-made climate change. Climate change is for all intensive purposes...scapegoating.

The only "solutions" provided to solve this supposed "problem" are to shut down businesses, lay off workers, impose fines, increased taxation and in some cases, prison or civil/criminal actions that seize property and/or wealth for the government. No matter how much I google or research this problem the 97% of scientists that support this problem (supporting a problem?) have come up with ZERO ways to solve this "problem".

Oh man I thought I found a friend when you started in with the SBC! They are super dangerous - maybe even cancerous - but not for the reasons you think, I'm afraid.

Jesus is coming again, and I don't want to be part of any organization that willfully rejects his teachings.

With you on how hopeless it is to think that people will largely believe in true climate science.

For sure, they only care about one country, and hand-wave past any objection to their assumption that those people are the Israel of the Old Testament.

My bigger objections are about theology, doctrine, etc.

They are not holding the line on the gospel, but instead kneeling to "social justice" (marxist crap). They are allowing women to preach. They are soft on biblical sexuality. They will not punish their president for plagiarizing sermons. See #sermongate on various websites.

The Episcopalians (the cult I was raised in) was marrying faggots, long before wokeness and social justice back in the late 90s. We ended up in a SBC church after my mother couldn't keep her gossiping mouth shut and got it basically kicked out. Didn't figure out until later we basically traded cat shit for raw sewage. However I still consider the Catholics the worst. No where in any version of the bible does it say I have to confess sins to a man nor am I to worship the Virgin Mary. If I have to choose who goes under first, the Catholics are fucking toast.
