I think it was on voat unfortunately. But this is the best I have available: https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2018/03/19/upshot/race-class-white-and-black-men.html
"The few neighborhoods that met this standard were in areas that showed less discrimination in surveys and tests of racial bias. They mostly had low poverty rates. And, intriguingly, these pockets — including parts of the Maryland suburbs of Washington, and corners of Queens and the Bronx — were the places where many lower-income black children had fathers at home. Poor black boys did well in such places, whether their own fathers were present or not."

I don't understand this point they are making.
So black boys, where fathers were at home, did better even if the fathers were not at home? Not your fault, it's the author's fault. And I cannot access that site: NYT has blocked me from all their content unless I pay.
Yes, that's the gist of it... the % of homes in your neighborhood with married fathers seems to be the real key variable. And if you search the headline of the article I think it lets you read it. Or just search that text and you should be able to find something.
I get around the NYT paywall by reading it from archive.org. huehuehue
I got it to work:
Nice, found this in the article:
Other fathers in the community can provide boys with role models and mentors, researchers say, and their presence may indicate other neighborhood factors that benefit families, like lower incarceration rates and better job opportunities.
That makes sense. So....
I read about 100 Black Men being a charity setup to teach young black men how to be a business owner. That's the leadership we need to fix our black crime issues.
Thanks for engaging me and helping. Your type of helpful engagement is far far better than the typical "NIIIGGERS!" bullshit I read on this site. That's unhelpful and changes nothing. What does change things is understanding where the problems are and addressing them. You can't just handwave all black people as "niggers" and expect that to solve the problems. Find the problems, come up with proven science based solutions, and every benefits (lower black crime means lower crime victims from all races, including black victims).
