What's your diet?
This morning, for breakfast:
Plain Greek yogurt, 'That's It' fruit bar, 3 whole boiled eggs, half of an avocado, some spices to make the egg and avocado taste better, and an Atkins protein and fiber bar (with the eggs and Greek yogurt, trust me, you need the fiber bar).
My breakfasts are usually much larger than my other meals. I'm about to eat lunch. It's going to be a sandwich wrap made with a protein-fiber wrap, kale lettuce, mozzarella chunks (buy the whole mozzarella blocks, not the chunks), Italian dressing (made with olive oil), pepperoni slices, and some sliced pineapple.
I will workout a "pull" workout later today.
