I think that's the thing. They're like dogs chasing cars, they wouldn't even know what to do if they caught one. For most involved I don't think they care to think that far. They have everything and live like gods compared to us common people. If you asked them to dig deeper, the best you could get is that they're working towards a utopia for them where the slave class is completely docisle and no longer posses any threat to them.
