i see that jews were ordered to wear them but who started this idea? was it the germans or the jews?
it seems a very easy thing to make a star to wear to show you’re being “oppressed”
and a very useless thing for germans to make to identify them. when they can simply take them off.
what i’m asking really is: did jews start the star thing? any resources
