She is a mediocre author and I disagree with her on many of her political viewpoints, but people that I know in publishing say that she is extremely nice, genuinely religious and I do admire that she made something of herself and for her family instead of continuing on the government dime. I don’t particularly care for her politics but good for her for sticking up for herself.
I don’t have to agree with someone on everything in order to find something to admire about them.
She knew how to make a successful foray into publishing, her original manuscript was formulaic and a little bit trite but it was formulaic because she knew what buttons to push and wanted to sell the damn thing.
Good for her. I have no major beef with her. She treats the people around her very well, she has some redeeming qualities, I can’t hate her.
