I didn't hear Beck but from what I hear about the jogger case it's not likely they will be acquitted. It seems like vigilante Justice Idk how strong of a defense they have.
But like I said. I haven't really been paying attention to this case.
The judge essentially forced a guilty verdict by saying the law that the defense was relying upon didn't say what they thought it did. There are 2 parts to the law, and the judge stated that both parts need to be fulfilled for a citizens arrest. They only fulfilled part 2. They had no knowledge of a burglary that had been committed immediately before they pursued him from my understanding. You can't chase someone unless they are fleeing the scene of the felony.
It could still go acquittal, but my money is on guilty based on that decision. Now were they RIGHT in what they did? Yes. Legal? No. The neighborhood had been terrorized by burglaries for months before this to the point that people weren't letting their kids outside DURING THE DAY! The cops were called constantly, but nothing was done. These guys did what they needed to do to protect their community by apprehending a suspected burglar.
What's right and what's legal don't often intersect in these cases.

This is the heart of the matter really. We should be able to keep them out of our communities by any means necessary.
A guy who is a known robber is in a construction site with shoes and no socks in kahki shorts? People here that someone is robbing the neighborhood? They see a guy and try to ask him questions? He turns and attacks them trying to take the gun from an armed group? Seems clear cut to me. Any normal non nigger human would have either kept running or said what yall doing? I'm just jogging and if they held you you stay and then sue them for false imprisonment? But this nigger attacks people who are armed.
Insane if they are found guilty. He died? I guess they protected the community if they go to jail that niggee would have raped killed robbed murdered what ever so they took one for the team either way
Didn't they follow him in a vehicle after the initial confrontation? I seriously have not been paying attention. So I'm probably only picking up tidbits the MSM are putting out.
Who cares it's real simple either run and keep running or wait for the cops then sue the fuckers for false imprisonment. Don't try to take a shot gun from people who said they are looking for a bugurly suspect!
