Not sure what he said but I did a lot of research on this... at one point I thought it was clear self defense, then murder/manslaughter... then unclear... it really is for a jury to decide. It's not clear cut. There were some issues with the courts opinions but it looks like the court is letting the jury consider a lot when it comes to the instructions.

So if the nigger had stolen the shot gun and killed all three he would have been free and clear because it was self defense?

Up until about 2 nyears ago this case would have 100% been found not guilty it's only going to get worse wnd trying to pretend this was a just jury ruling Is idiotic!
