Looks like they use an app called "Iris" to track Paul Pelosi's trades.
Technically there are publicly available places (SEC disclosures) that will show the trades but I bet the app version is easier to use.

Apparently there are mutual funds that track members of congress, and more specifically Pelosi and her husband if you want to look into that too.
