What's the best way to do this? I've heard of websites where you can check a stock and see insider trading, but not one where you can follow someone's trades.

Looks like they use an app called "Iris" to track Paul Pelosi's trades.

Technically there are publicly available places (SEC disclosures) that will show the trades but I bet the app version is easier to use.
