There might be, but I can't find one specifically for 2.0/3.0 after a brief search though.
However, while searching I did find that some have resorted to adapting a USB-A drive to USB-C via adapter and then plugging that adapted USB-C into the USB-C port on a Thunderbolt 4 multi-port HUB. But that can get expensive.
Much easier and cheaper to just get a USB-C to Thunderbolt 4 adapter and daisy-chain a USB-A to USB-C then USB-C to Thunderbolt 4. Might work, but I'm just guessing.
