Yes. Skyline Chili and Gold Star Chili are Cincinnati Staples. Skyline is mostly coney dogs and various other things covered with their "chili" which is actually greek-style spaghetti sauce.

It's been a long time since I've been to a Gold Star, as they're not outside their home area. Skyline has spread across the state.
