I'm not asking if you work out, I'm asking if you actually spend your hard-earned money to borrow some companies weights. Do you spend money to go wear a muzzle, & follow some arbitrary rules of some establishment to keep in shape? What do you spend? Can you get out of it, if you want, or is there a ridiculous cancellation fee? I bet there is.

I do pseudo planche pushups and diamond pushups in varying sets and reps, along with regular pushups throughout the week. I do either forty or eighty squats per day and I also walk 2 miles five days a week at 4% incline (while listening to audio books). I want to add things like dips, pull/chin ups and different variations sometime soon. Maybe four months or so.

No problem. I'm chalk full of this kind of advice. If you'd like to know more or have other dietary, nutrition or fitness questions, like how to lose weight fast, how to build muscle fast, how to more adequately regulate hormone function or properly begin working on calisthenics, feel free to ask.

Thanks for answering my dumb ass questions. From somebody who has lost a lot of weight. Should I workout / build muscle now, or keep cutting until I reach goal weight?

I'm down 80 lbs and goal is to lose another 35 which would land me at 185. I'm 5'11.

2nd question. How do I build muscle fast.

3rd question. How do you pay attention to audio books while working out? I find eithery my exercise suffers and I'm just cruising , or my attention span suffers and I'm not listening to the audio book.
