I'm about to post a wine making guide and recipes. Problem is I'm an old dog trying to learn a new trick. Thought maybe it would be like uploading pics...apparently not. I need some assistance in figuring out the tech end. How can I share a few pdf's with you fellow poalr's and goats? I'm not a total moron when it comes to tech, but as I've gotten older I've gotten behind on learning the new gizmos and gadgets. So help an old nigger faggot out please.

Is making wine hard? I've got a lot of grapes I need to get rid of

I mean you can make something in a prison toilet, so no. Making something you'd want to drink might be a bit harder.

Not all grapes are suited for wine, either. In particular, the kind you're likely to want to eat, are not.

Now I have to have grapes, and a toilet?

I'm just saying it's probably not worth it economically, but for the experience go for it.

Try looking in to "U-Brew" type situations. There are places where you buy a kit (or bring your own) and they have all the equipment and house the area for fermentation. It's roughly around the same price for buying store bought wine but you'll have a lot of access to other people's knowledge to see if it's something you like.

If you like it, you can get significantly better (and more varied flavors) wine/beer for quite a lot cheaper. I'm down to about 25 cents per bottle of 7% beer that's really tasty.

If you hate it, you've only lost $150 or so, you have no equipment waste and you have some wine/beer that you can give away.

Give it a shot!

Absolutely not. I've only got roughly a years experience, but have plenty of resources to share. Much like growing mushrooms. It's amazingly easy so long as you keep things sanitary. It really is pretty much juice, sugar and yeast (over simplified). There are finer touches like yeast nutrients and energizer, but still not difficult to understand. People used to ferment in unsealed clay vessels. With the world falling apart, at least knowing the basics of fermenting will be a valuable skill. Which is why I finally took the plunge to learn this past year. I've found I really enjoy it and it's applications go far beyond simply alcohol for consumption.

www.mega.nz

your hotmail account comes with storage too, but fuck Microsoft. Your google account too..but fuck them too.

Is Mega NZ anonymous?

Mega.NZ used to be a bastion of privacy and confidentiality and I suspect it still is. You may want to ask people around here more about that.

Either way, it needs an email account, and a hotmail account is tied to your phone number. I dont know which email is secure, confidential and private.

Protonmail was advertised as such, but it was Mossad.

Again, maybe ask around people that are more knowdleable than me. I have a spreadsheet of emails and accounts, mostly to secure email names.

CAREFUL when creating the PDFs. You can easily embed your name etc. from your computer in them.

They weren't created by me. I'm just willing to share the ones I have.

PDFs are like the worst medium to share shit since the entire creation process is basically owned by adobe. use something open source unless you are completely screwed with no originals

Not to mention very easy to add tracking and malware

I can convert the files, but they were not created by me. I don't wanna do y'all wrong, so any suggestions?

Is there an open source document format that preserves formatting and page layout in a way that is viewable in browsers and on mobile devices?
