Milk drinkers are are 1/50th of our total ancestors.
So yes our ancestors didn't drink milk.
You don't drink cheese.
Now cheese like beer and wine and saurkraut are in its own category because they are pre or external digestion and that is in general good for us because it breaks down toxins and releases nutrients.
Guts outside our guts
We drank milk, cream and preserved with cheese. We ate grains with bread and many other uses. Grains were used for much more than spirits.
Only during a fraction of our peoples existence and far too short a time for our bodies to have evolved to cope with these toxins.
How do you fail to take this fact into consideration?
Maybe. But for thousands of years my statement remains true. Once you get further than around six thousand years things become iffy.
Sounds like the same BS claiming Europeans are from Africans.
