Just to get enough B12 from potatoes and butter you'd have to eat 6 pounds of butter every day since potatoes have none. To get enough vitamin A you'd have to eat a half-pound of butter with your potatoes. There's no amount you could eat and get ANY vitamin D. You'd have to eat 20 potatoes and a pound and a half of butter to get enough vitamin E, and that would just get you enough calcium too. That would be 10,384 calories. Even a very active person could expect to gain 320 pounds a year eating that much.
But in THEORY it is possible.
