Thats what I'm seeing already. My buddy tried to get me to ask a girl out the other day and couldn't understand why I wouldn't go for it. I felt like telling him, "first of all she has a kid, tattoos, got knocked up by an ugly troll I can't stand, and she's very short but curvy so wait until she hits 30 in 2 or 3 years when all that starts to sag." And thats just the bad things I picked out in one or two casual interactions. How I will ever find a decent lady in this world is beyond me but I'll keep trying I guess.
I won't tell you to give up cause that's terrible advice. But taking a break and some time alone could help. Unplug, re-center, do some reading or build a deck, some shit like that. Then go from there.
