That's pretty much it. My job is pretty physical, so I can't do a hard workout all the time, but I just to not be a lazy piece of shit on my off days when I want to fucking watch anime and smoke weed.
The never talked about true benefit and where most dummies fail is with STRETCHING. Forcing those muscles to relax, especially the neck and traps, is super important. You can hook these to something and wrap them around your shoulder and stretch your pecs and traps and shit. Training your muscles to tighten is great but if you don't remind them to relax you become a big old ball of unmoving pain.

Foam rollers are great if you've got the space and will actually use them. So are mini basketballs.
