He was never imprisoned? He ran away from people with guns then turned and tried to take the gun.

It is weird I get it someone has guns I'm gonna run if I'm innocent or guilty if they shoot me in the back Orwell I'm fucked.

Now being white I would have stopped and asked what they were doing? Why were they chasing me. They would have said a nigger is stealing stuff in the neighborhood. I would have said wait one second let me get my gun and join you in this coon hunt.

The defense already admitted they were doing citizen's arrest. Judge rejected citizen's arrest, so that makes it false imprisonment.

Yep they jumped the gun, should have just argued an intent to investigate, said he was acting irrationally by charging a person with a gun and hoped the jury agreed.
