I used to live in an area with significant mining subsidence, my own house had to have major remedial work after a mains water leak, I've had to address water issues and subsidence on every property I've ever owned. If you don't understand how quickly water can create significant subsidence if ignored, or you don't understand much about building structure, then maybe you should confine your posts to other topics?
