Of course there are. Most of the more controversial posters are false flag operatives making places like this that allow all speech unappealing to normies. If average person hears "faggots" or "nigger" they're going to dismiss the site entirely and keep themselves on platforms that the powers that be can censor and control more easily (Reddit, Twitter, etc).
