With the EXTREMELY important information learned from yesterday's non-trial , jury deliberation day we are seeing more and more how sleazy and slimy Binger and Kraus are.
Okay so there are 5 charges. Read about them here or learn to jewgle.
This poll will NOT be every combination of verdict possible. It will be a subset of likely scenarios.
Facts of context;
1. Kyle Dindu Nuffin.
2. We know jurors have been threatened as a group and likely as individuals.
3. We know the end resultant 12 man jury pool is 7 females 5 males.
4. We know of the whole jury pool there was a single hispanic male who was completely anti-gun.
5. We know the jewish DA Binger is breaking the law through a Brady Violation (withholding evidence from defense).
6. We know the jewish DA Binger has broken more laws and rules of court and legal ethics during the trial and investigation.
The options;
1. Not guilty on all counts.
>Kyle is a dindu.
2. Hung Jury.
>What this means is that all 12 jurors could not agree on all 5 charges for either guilty or not guilty.
>Unlikely. The judge wants the jury to decide.
3. Guilty of at least one charge.
>I talked about this in yesterday's thread about how this doesn't appear to be how it's going with the requested first 6 pages of jury instruction.
>It's all or nothing and leaning toward nothing. IMHO.
4. Day 4 deliberation (poll will be remade tomorrow)
>This is obvious. They aren't done today and will come back tomorrow.
>Identical poll will be made tomorrow.
5. Mistrial in Kyle's favor.
>The judge will make a ruling on mistrial with prejudice in Kyle's favor.
>A mistrial can't be ruled with prejudice against a defendant. They always have a right to appeal.
>Though a mistrial WITHOUT prejudice can be ruled in which the state can retry the charges.
>Unlikely. The judge wants the jury to decide.
6. Directed verdict in Kyle's favor.
>The judge makes a directed verdict. Which means he decides that no reasonable jury reach a different conclusion (verdict).
>Unlikely. The judge wants the jury to decide.

You have no idea how juries work if you think it would ever take less than a few hours.
It's 5 felony charges with 3? felony (((lesser included))) charges.
Being on a jury isn't a joke and there is some process that must be followed even in obvious cases.
In instances where it's not followed that's retarded and an erosion of the great rights acknowledge by the constitution.
