His job was highly technical and he won't be easily replaced. What will prevent system failures or sabotage of critical infrastructure? Could be some serious consequences from vaccine mandates.

If you look at South Africa where they pushed white technical employees from critical system infrastructure positions and replaced them with unskilled black employees, the results are not all that dissimilar to what we should expect to happen here.

Basically, the system just sort of crumbles.

Blackouts occur, but then they occur more frequently, and with longer duration. Eventually, the plant just shuts down completely.

That sort of thing.

For example, look at the floods that just cut off Vancouver from the rest of Canada. This has happened before. They know how to fix it. Only this time, they just killed off 10% of the people who know how to fix it, and they laid of another 10% for refusal to vaccinate. Right from the start they are coming at this problem now 20% short of the required workforce they need.

Furthermore, you can't just replace these people - these are skilled workers. There was already a shortage before the flooding began.

So, a process which normally would take months to repair now may take a half year or longer. Millions of people are not getting their Canadian grain this year. Millions.

These infrastructure systems are what allows humanity to maintain the population density we have in our larger cities. When the infrastructure goes down, mass death follows.
