Where can I see the evidence that pound for pound of protein bugs require less resources? A thousand pounds of beef is a lot of fucking bugs (about 100,000 grasshoppers).
I'd like to see how we can raise 100,00,000 grasshoppers in the space of a feed lot with less resources.
Even if it's twice as efficient, in 20-30 years the human population doubles again and we're right back where we started. The epidemic is humans reproducing beyond their means.
Not humans: niggers,cameljockeys, and streetshitters.
Shhhh...
Once people are no longer dependent on cattle and the supply chain is eliminated, then we can address the problem of not enough bugs to exist on. Not before, since that would allow for a fall back.
