And then it adds 500 to 600 mph at that altitude? So with the rotation of the earth its going 2200 mph then adds 600 mph approximately and maintains that speed to go faster then the earth which is 30k feet below it is on a much larger sphere at 30k up? So jets at 30k are actually going 2800 mph to go faster then the spinning earth and when they go opposite direction of the spin? What is going on with that?

I keep hearing people talk about conservation of energy 30k feet up in the super thing atmosphere they keep that speed? It transfers from the ground to 30k? And the greater diameter they are traveling as well?...

Relative to what?

A passenger jet typically flies 400 - 500 mph relative to the air, depending. If they were in a 500 mph headwind they'd just be managing to hover over the same spot on the ground. If they've to a 100 mph headwind, they're going to have a ground speed close to 400 mph. The atmosphere is moving along with the Earth's rotation, so Earth's rotational speed is irrelevant to airplanes.
