This guy was going off about conspiracies and he brought up how if someone had the vaccine he would get out of the water due to shedding and getting infected. This was in a hot spring i was just in.

What is shed would be the spike protein. The spike by itself is pathogenic, but not likely shed in quantities that would cause clinical symptoms in someone else. The "vaccine" itself is not shed.

I wonder about the J&J vaccine, which is an adenovirus. It's a virus and viruses can be spread....

The Ad26 viral vector is "replication-incompetent", meaning that its ability to multiply has been written out.

"The viral vector used in Johnson & Johnson's Janssen COVID‑19 Vaccine is based on a naturally occurring, low-prevalence human adenovirus. Adenoviruses are known to cause common cold–like symptoms. The deletion of a specific gene renders the adenovirus unable to replicate within humans, transforming it into a delivery vehicle for the genetic material encoding the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2. In this form, the vaccine cannot cause COVID‑19 or adenoviral disease." (https://www.janssencovid19vaccine.com/hcp/how-its-designed.html)

That would have to be some serious shit to snake swim and pierce a persons skin while sitting in a hot spring. Im sure it would kill the host person if it was that potent.
