Seems like a handful of states are taking on the stab but I’m not sure a single one succeeded. We seem to be a country run by corporations, certainly not “elected officials”.
Texas, Montana, Florida and Tennessee all have successfully banned mandates.

Probably, I haven't specifically been keeping up with them but I know at least those 4 banned both mandates for employees as well as checking vaccination status.
Is it being enforced in any of them?
Dunno, I think all of them are pretty new, Montana being the first of them
