There are many who enlist without knowing how bad the military has become. They quickly learn and become disillusioned. At most they serve two enlistments and then get out. The real scum goes career, because for many it is social welfare. Leadership is almost exclusively greasy politician types trying to climb the ladder, especially commissioned officers. Some career NCOs are just brain damaged patriots. Reserves and National Guard are even worse. If standards and pay were raised there would be no niggers or women in the military.
The people who vote "idiots who can't get a job anywhere else, a form of social welfare" are themselves unemployed, or are McWagies who pay taxes which fund the military.
Oh well.

Considering we haven't needed them to defend our soil...
We have needed them to defend our soil.
We have been invaded by millions of foreigners through our southern border for decades. Drug cartels that form much of the functional Mexican government, plus Latin American gangs, human traffickers, and people who want to colonize America and take her wealth send no shortage of their agents to our border. If ever a military was needed to defend our soil, there it is. It's just hard to tell, since the military has abandoned us and the media/government doesn't care to address our problems.
I think that most of the people who join the military are probably young patriots, and their good intentions should be appreciated. I just think that they're mostly too naive and brainwashed to realize that they take their orders from their enemies.
