I asked them for a replacement cert. it's been close to an entire year now and still nothing, no notice, no paperwork, nothing in the mail. what in the hell are they possibly doing that it take 1 year or more to print a fucking citizenship certificate?!

They are utterly slow, useless, and expensive. Shame most people have no idea how bad they are. Makes it worse for all the people who jumped through all the hoops to come here legally.
