I guess there is some rare disagreement, but Millenials are usually late twenties to late thirties or early forties. I left some leeway for said disagreement. I definitely meant to say Gen X twice there though.
There are no Millennials over 40 yet. Gen Z is mid 20s at the oldest.
The whole idea is there is disagreement. I tend to agree with you. I see some people say Millennials are as young as mid twenties. I see some say they're as old as early forties. Regardless, I think the point still stands that Gen X are raising all of the kids right now. Millennials either haven't had enough time to have not-toddlers or are only just now having kids.
There's not really any disagreement, you're just confused. Every Millennial was born after 1980. Every Zoomer was born after 1994/95. Gen X was 1964-1979. Go look it up.
