Just live 45 min out side Dallas and commute.. do not live in urban areas. It's fine if you do that Dallas is niggerfied.

Maybe go further then suburbia I'm moving about an hour from San antonio the suburbs are shit in my experience any where and if you go an hour you can get a couple acres.. I'd just try to negotiate a 4 day week so you can enjoy long weekends in the country
Well I'd be an electrical superintendent managing different sites and foremen, I'm already trying to negotiate hourly with drive time instead of salary otherwise they'll have to deal with me driving their truck home and turning of their cell phone each week the second I hit 40 hours. I've played this game before.
